If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a refund within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was on our part.

Replacement Policy
